I recently just bought CP rail now also known as Canadian Pacific Kansas City Ltd. The fundamentals of this company have always been great. Rail industry is also a recession proof business. CP has also grown its revenue at 33.95% over the past year. It also has a cash flow of 19.46% which suggests the company is very profitable.

 Mortgage demand in the US climbs to the highest level in five weeks after interest rates move lower however the 30 year mortgage is still 7.61%

Feds CME tool showing theres a 100% chance of a interest rate pause Dec. 13. Most likely after that huge drop in inflation.
